Lucy Young is a British seascape artist with a passion for capturing beaches from around the world through her unique aerial perspective. “For me, art is so much more than something beautiful – but beauty is a wonderful place to start,” she explains. Lucy encourages collectors to choose original artworks instinctively, following the pieces that make their hearts skip a beat. When placed in a home, her paintings offer more than decoration—they become a daily window to the heart.

Her highly recognisable style blends subtle, oceanic shades with skillful play of light, evoking a peaceful, airy, and idyllic view of coastal life. Each piece invites the viewer to experience the expansive beauty of the sea from above.

Lucy’s professional career began soon after graduating, and her contemporary approach to seascapes quickly gained attention. In 2012, her work was discovered by one of the UK’s leading fine art distributors, helping her establish a presence in high-calibre galleries both in the UK and internationally.

Today, she works independently from the South West of England, creating several collections each year. Many are offered exclusivily to her newsletter subscribers. She also annualy exhibits through the Mayne Gallery in Kingsbrige and AAF Battersea, London where she has had consitant sell out shows.
